I am thirteen years old and have recently realized I have nothing to read. Please reccommend books for me.
To kill a couple of the common reccommendations: I have already read Eragon/Eldest, Harry Potter, and Twilight/New Moon.

Umm...I don't know how to say this...could you please reccommend more mature books?
Ok, that sounds rude, and I'm sorry. That's what I mean, in the most polite way possible....

How about the JRR Tolkien books? Also, try A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle.

Try Libba Bray's series: A Great and Terrible Beauty and then Rebel Angels. They're interesting. The third book A Sweet Far Thing is supposed to come out sometime later this year.

If you like being thrilled or mystified, try something like Sammy Keyes books or the Charlie Bone series. A great fantasy author is Anne McCaffrey. She wrote many books including Dragonsong. A wonderful humorous writer is Meg Cabot. My favorite book by her would have to be Avalon High or All American Girl. Tamora Pierce (Trickster's Choice) is also amazing. I also enjoy James Patterson's Maximum Ride.

If I were to have a literary idol it may well be King. First e book I examine by using him grow to be Tommyknockers and that i grow to be hooked ever when you consider that. Rose Madder, Insomnia, Talisman and Black abode (?) have some very astounding darkish Tower tie ins. Any of his short tale books are superb (Graveyard Shift, the Bachman Books, Nightmares and Dreamscapes, each thing's Eventual, Skeleton team) Bag of Bones grow to be a touching novel alongside the lines of the fairway Mile with a small contact of supernatural in a personality-pushed environment. Eyes of the Dragon grow to be mind-blowing for its innocous contact (and likewise more suitable tie ins). I nevertheless have not examine the only excellent 2 darkish Tower books, the female Who loved Tom Jordon, Gerald's pastime (began it yet did not get a ways), Delores Clairborne, or (surprisingly sufficient) puppy Semetary. under no circumstances heard of Colorado baby till this placed up so thanks!
