Contact your local council and ask to speak to a Tenancy Relations Officer (TRO). The TRO will advise you on your rights as a tenant and take appropriate action to enforce your legal rights.

Good luck.

It depends what you want to complain about?
Is he not looking after the property when you report a problem ? if so call the environmental health of your local authority. They will give him so many days to complete works, then after that time if he dosnt comply will make him pay u compensation, and fine him for not keeping his end of the contract.

Hey whats your issue?

Place is filthy .. call the health department

Rent is over the maximum allowed ... call your rent board

He comes in to your unit without permission or authority... call the police.

You don't like his brand of beer... talk to your priest

in short... you need to identify the problem and take it to the proper agency

I'm not sure about what you're looking for, but I love apartmentratings.com. I have searched for possible future apartments there. I've also left a few reviews of my own.

you go to your councils private sector enforcement team.
they will asses the situation and if they think it is bad enough they will issue a letter that he has to comply with but be warned he may not thank you for this and may serve you with notice to leave.

Depends on where you live. Google "renter's rights" or "tenant laws" and the name of your city.
