My opinion is, you can't really ask strangers this question. They don't know you or your wife ( in that way ). Just keep trying. Don't worry, usually when a couple wants a baby, it will happen eventually. Just keep trying.

I'm not a guy but I got pregnant with my first child over a game of strip monopoly you land on the wrong property you lose and article of clothing half way through the game we won a boy

OK try in doggy style. Or her laying on her back.. Once your done. She needs to lay down with a pillow under her for 20 Min's or so, with her hips prompted upwards.. She can also start taking her temp in the morning to find out when she is most fertile to conceive. It's also best to try baby making 14 after her period.

The only way that her getting pregnant should be your focus is to make sure you spunk inside her. It's not like if she really loves it she's more likely to get pregnant.
Forget about that. Just do her. Focus on her and your pleasure rather then pregnancy.
btw I never got my wife pregnant, so Ican't answer that one.
