It's basically a picture. In photoshop it's called a layer. The hearts can be self designed or takin from clipart or stock photo's. and pasted onto another layer. Then the 2 layers are combined. And thats what you get. (1) self-photo, + (2) hearts = photo with hearts...........Can be done in less than 60 seconds
