You may have irritated the urethra (the tube inside) from too much masturbating. Give yourself a day or so for it to calm down & relax. Maybe you're pleasing yourself so much that it is just on stimulation overload.

Maybe you itch because you have a tube stuck inside of your penis. Try taking it out to see if that helps.

You could have a urinary infection. Try drinking a lot of Cranberry Juice. That might help. If it gets any worse and it's starts burning, then I would go see a doctor.

its possible that you have something iratation it. sometime if you take a bath or something, soap can do it. my suggestion would be to immerge your penis in clean water and open up the penis. if that doesnt work, immediately after, consult with a pysican.

I would go to doctor for testing for what ever it is that is causing it.
