gravity pulls them into their shape

Gravity pulls equally in every direction. So when enough stuff gets stuck together to make a planet, and gravity kicks in, everything gets pulled in toward the centre. Since the only 3D shape that exists where all the sides are equally far from the centre is a round globe, that's why it becomes round.

all planets and stars (like our sun) are round in shape. this is because there is a lot of gravity in the center of the planet or the star. this central gravity pulls all parts of the planet towards itself with an equal force, thereby keeping the shape of a planet spherical or round.

am not sure but i think its bcoz of its speed of rotation. when somefing rough is being spin at a high speed the object appears to be spherical. but its not.
another thing is that the earth is not round in shape but the atmosphere. perpectively earth looks round.
