Firstly, there is no 'one' definition of intelligence. So, if you can't define intelligence, then how can you measure intelligence?
Secondly, in the past, some questions on intelligence tests have been aimed at certain groups (i.e. white middle class Americans). So, intelligence is supposed to be able to measured anywhere in the World with IQ tests, but having biased questions in the actual tests don't allow everyone the same opportunity to answer and score on the standardised IQ tests.
IQ may not be the only type of intelligence there is. Emotional intelligence is an example of another type of intelligence, but IQ tests don't include tests on this type of intelligence.
Just a few ideas for you.

Problems associated with IQ testing - welllllll
The test taker may be ill on the day of the test
Some poeple are very nervous about tests and do not get answers that they SHOULD get becuase of the nervouseness
Some test are white american tyep questions and Latinos may not know the answers and the test is skewed
IQ only tests one kind of skill that a person possesses = the others are kinda untestable as yet - how well you get along with people, or how good you are at design and spatial sequencing, stuff like that
Hope you get the picture = rorsach even

The I.Q results can differ. Some indivduals can score low on part of the exam while score high on other parts of the exam. Example would be a person did poorly on the math part, but extremely well on memory part. As well, the results of your current I.Q test only lasts for 6 months. The reason being is that your I.Q can change a great length during that time period, as well the results are not always accurate due to person who was being tested wasn't feel good/okay the day they were tested.
Those are some of the problems I know about the I.Q test.
