I believe in both. I am in love with one man and feel that another is my soul mate. It is really hard to explain but I love both of them very much (in different ways) and would give my life for both of them.
My husband I love very much and don't want to be with anyone else. I care a lot for him.
My " soulmate " , best guy freind I have ever had is single. It's something that has bothered him for a long time and I would give up my happiness with my husband if it ment this freind could be happy and in love. ( I know that is silly and not possible but I would do it if it were. ) He is my soulmate because we connect on many many levels while my husband and I connect on others.

Yes i beleive in both. I think when you fall in love with someone and want to spend the rest of your life with them, through growth as a couple they can become your soulmate.
I guess it depends on your definition of love and soulmate?

I think people use the idea of soulmates to not grow up and change and blame their failed relationships on destiny.

real love doesn't exist.nor soulmates....it's the attraction that makes us feel the shivers for others.adn we can be very attracted to just anyone.which means,basicly,anyone could be a potential "soulmate" to us.of course,there are differences of personalities.....and it's basicly the attraction that keeps us together....think about it.
