1. Use a can of compressed air for the dust
2. Use a can of 3M Electronics Cleaner for the exterior and display
3. Run an Anti-Spyware scan
4. Run a Virus Scan
5. Uninstall Applications you do not need
You can also try a registry cleaner utility as long as you know what you are doing.

Like clean the dust off of it or actually clean the files and so forth? If you mean the files do you want to format your hard drive and start from scratch? Or just clean up and organize things for better operation?

clean ur computer ???
do u want to foramat the data as well as all the docs from ur hard disk ???/
if so ...
then u can format the drives (except that containing the o.s.) by D.O.S. or the o.s. u r using....
and as far as the drive of o.s. is concerned ..... take a browsable c.d. of that o.s. and change boot device priority of ur system from boot options of BIOS....
1st boot device will be set to C.D.Drive...
and insert the c.d. of o.s. and run the system and do whatever is being displayed on the screen....
