I just turned 14...and im thinking about joining the volunteer fire department. I am 6'2'' 230 pounds...and no im not fat either, but anyways should i join? is my size a plus or a problem, or would it help?????

I'm 14 years old, 236 pounds and am 5'11. We have a junior explorer program here and my weight wasn't a problem nor my age. I joined 3 months ago.
