ok...... ive trieed everywhere!!! is there anything thatll tell me where and when that the nintendo wiis will be in stores?? ugh i get so mad...

I live outside of New York City and they have a Nintendo store. I picked one up about a week ago. There is always ebay. Toysrus is supposed to have some in stock in different cities. Walmart had some on line a while back. I first played the Wii in LA at E3. It has gotten even better. I am actually a Microsoft guy and should support the X Box. I however love the games. Madden is AWESOME! It is worth getting and I think it is more fun than all of the other systems I tried out. The PS3 is too much money for my taste to get one. There was a story on Yahoo today about how the WII will be shipping soon. They actually outsold PS3. Go figure! I would say that it is worth the money and I have really enjoyed it. They are putting these things in cyber cafes. Hours of fun. Most stores receive their shipments on Monday and display new items on Tuesday. I believe this is the official day for putting out new CD's, Movies etc. I would guess that the same would be true for electronic stores. Talk to one near you and ask them about doing a pre purchase. Some stores allow for you to pace a deposit down on a order. My friend did that at a store for the WII. Don't loose hope. It will happen. Soon you will have one and you will be so addicted that you will forget what sleeping 8 hours was like. Lol! Trust me it happens. Best of luck to you. I hope that helps.

YOUR RIGHT , there is no place selling Wii ... even my friends in Japan can not get one for me !
if you want to pay high retail then you gotta buy on amazon or eBay, cause someone was smart, bought plenty Wii when first come out an now selling for really high price. all's fair in love an war of the Wii

I had the same problem, but I found one last week at Wal Mart. I just got lucky. I walked into the store and they had 7 behind the counter. Most electronic stores get them in sporadically and you just have to call everyday or get just get lucky.

You shouldnt waste your time trying to buy it, it's a piece of crap, my friends wii controller doesnt work anymore and he just bought it a month ago. Buy a ps3
