Yes they do indeed. That perhaps is why pro football is such a great sport compared to basketball, baseball and hockey. Single elimination makes the game that much more exciting. Because the players know that it's a do or die situation, they give it their all. It brings the competition to another level. of play. Many of us lose interests in other sports due to the fact there are sooo many games including playoffs.
But noooooo, its all about the MONEY MONEY MONEY.

Yes, this is the playoff when you lose you go home and prepae to be anannouncer at the Super Bowl in Miami. That is the fun stuff that the losers get to do. There can only be one king of the AFC and NFC. They are the ones who will play in the Super Bowl the rest go home.
