When you switch cell phones the only information you will be able to keep are the phone numbers. Things such as ringtones, saved messages, notes in the notepad and other things will be lost. If you had to pay for the ringtones you will unfortunately have to buy them again.

no just call the company and they give u all the money back. Only for the tones though not actaul cash money
