you will need:
-black liquid liner
-black or dark grey eyeshadow
-eyeliner brush
-black mascara (preferably waterproof)
First line the entire eye with the liquid eyeliner. Try to keep the line fairly thin. To do this, dot the brush into your lashline and work your way around the eye. To get the look that you want, you should line the inner corner of the eye as well. Next, dip the eyeliner brush in the eyeshadow and press it into the lashline. Mascara will finish the look. You should apply it to both the upper and lower lashes. It should be a long-lasting/waterproof formula since you're wearing it on the bottom lashes and you don't want it to smear or smudge.
Hope that this helps ya out!

Buy a Kohl Eyeliner Pencil, gently pull your lower lid and draw the pencil over the lower lid (the pink bit where your lashes grow out of) foloow the same procedure for the upper lid, i have been doing this since I was about 15 and my eyes are totally desensitised now. Follow with a little mascara and job done!

Start off with black liquid eyeliner along the upper and lower lash line starting with the outside of the eye. on the upper outside to about the middle of the eye, make the line thicker by going under the lash line as well as over the lash line, but be careful not to use to much on the upper part as it could look to think, then use a good black mascara about 2 cotes.
Hope this helps

practice makes perfect. Its all about trial and error. Make sure you practice when your not leaving the house soon. Tip: Pull back the skin by your eye (like your imitating an asian person) and draw on the liner as close into the eye as possible. And for the bottom lids put the liner as close as you can get to the eye (not under the lash but above the lash)

Don't use pencil eyeliner the only way it will work is with liquid eyeliner make sure you have a steady hand rest your elbow on something while you are applying and wait about 5 Min's to dry before applying mascara .

pull the skn to the side and apply a sharp line really close and thin as far as you can to the rim of the eye then take the smudge part you can even use a q-tip and smudge the line extending a little past the eye it gives that smoky effect effect too and is really sexy, just practice and buy a rally good eyeliner its worth it.

i wear my eyes like that too and what i do is go right on the lid of my eye (its easier to see what your doing if you start on the lower lid first). it's the flat part facing directly up (assuming your looking at your lower lid) were your tear duct is. don't worry, the eyeliner wont get in your eye, but it will be close enough to get the effect you want for your picture. also, make sure your pencil is sharp and not dull. hope i helped!

hi there i have seen the picture and it seems to me that the darker colour is pencilled in on the inside of the eyelids and not on the outside. try pencilling the inside of your eye lids (at the edge obviously) and then using a thick mascara on the lashes. hope it works.

Some women wear too much eyeliner. They look like cartoons and the animator drew them with a fine tip pen but drew their eyes with a chisel tip pen turned on its side. Especially women with yellow hair. Or it looks much worse on women withh yellow hair.

that's how i've been doing mine ever since, well forever! i always draw on the inside, but so deep in or you're drawing practically on your eyeball, it might increase your risk of infection, just try not to use the same eyeliner for too long. change regularly!
