make a tournicet or a tight bandage over the wound, maybe stitch it up. keep the wound clean, change bandage often.

It depends on how bad the wound was. If it stabbed you in the heart, the absence of a hospital is irrelevant. If it got you in the pinky toe, I think you could live long enough to wait for other help.

WEll if it wasn't too bad, take care of it myself. If it was bad, just find another open hospital. there is one than one hospital you know.
