I work in an office and It doesn't get the best signal. It seems that the batter gets low very fast while I'm at work because it's trying to get signal. So would it be bad to let it charge all day while I'm at work while it's on?

Yeah, it is bad to charge it all the time or leave it plugged in for a lengthy amount of time. Your battery will wear out quicker. You might want to try and find out if your phone has a longer lasting battery you can buy as an extra. My new chocolate phone only stays charged for a day. They stick you with having to buy another battery if you even want to use the mp3 player that it comes with.

i think soi, cuase if its continuosly charging, it will decrease the battery life, maybe you should try programming your phone in a mode that it will not keep looking for signal every moment, so your battery doesn't drop too fast

A qualified answer is no.
However, most new phones use lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries which cannot be continuously charged. So, when you hook up your phone to be charged, the battery will charge up to 100% and then the charging will stop.

It will be better to let it charge and it won't hurt anything. I used to do that with my old phone...my new phone gets better reception, but I still do it anyway! :)
