I mean, seriously, people get mad when I say this, but some whites can be quite racist (more than I seen displayed in other races) and they will give me a thumbs down just for telling the truth. Many people go "oh all kinds of people can sometimes be racist" well a "racist" black might just say "I dont care about you whites, im proud to be black" but a white says something like (arg I rly cant stand even imitating it) "blah, blah ,blah mudhole, monkeys, welfare." (see? I cant even say the real horrible things they say, it just hurts my heart) and talking about killing other races. An obvious different degree of racism. Its the most disgusting primitive thing ever. Like there from 10,000 years ago, racist whites. Im not saying other races are perfect or all white are bad (IN fact most whites are pretty nice) but the racist whites are the worst. If you dont believe me, just look around yahoo answers and you will realize im right.

That is insane, one of my best friends is white. Trust me, I never assume anything bad about whites, however only on the internet I see how horrible some whites can be to others. Racism at that degree is nonexistant here. Jeez I never hate, im just questioning why they do.

The reason I say whites can sometimes be more racist is because I have seen whites on yahoo answers compare blacks to animals, the most disgusting, ridiculous racist comparison I ever heard in my life. I have never heard a black person compare whites to an animal, although I do know some can use names, which i dislike.
I honestly can think up some comparisons of whites to animals in the same disgusting racist way as the other way around that ive seen it done here. But im not. Because its racist. Do you understand where im getting at?

*sigh* america2207, by the way, matter of factly but i don't care myself either way, im not black, i didn't know it was against the law to look very different from your avatar. I simply hate racism but i am only saying that i have never seen an extremely racist black person, if you can give me a few examples that i am actually wrong (and i mean to the kkk degree level which ive seen from whites only) i would give up, but if you ask, i can show you dozens of examples of extreme racism in whites.

sorry you feel that way. and im not denying that its going on. I have many friends who look different and have differnt cultures and i find that awesome. 'whites' who dislike people for there skin need to relize that were all here in this world and we'er all different and they need to respect it and support it. one of my goals in life is to convince people to treat everyone with R-E-S-P-E-C-T and the reason why people are so racist is probably because they grew up in a descriminating invironment and they just dont understand.or they're just...............

I don't know why, but some people will always have hatred in their hearts. This is not limited to whites, and I don't think that white rascism is in general worse than black rascism, as implied above. This is not to say that it is the other way around, but rather that it varies on a case basis.
People have always been filled with anger, and it is just easier to distribute that hate to someone that doesn't look like you. Fact. Look at the studies on WWII. Soldiers said it was easier to kill a Japanese person than a German.
If race isn't a factor, then it's religion: The mobbing and killing during the Protestant Reformation. If not religion, then socio-economic status: Proletariat against bourgeoisie.
It's just that distributing anger is so much simpler when people look different. That way there is less confusion. Terrible, but true.

Yes whites can be racist, but like you said every other race can be too. White people have racist names they are called too. Racist people in general have bad things to say, whether they are white or not. It's sad, but true. Some people think color makes them better, it doesn't, but they think it does. I don't see the big deal. Back in the day there was a lot more racism but I hate how everyone always brings it up towards whites when they talk about racism. Yeah it happened and it is terrible, but it's over. It's not like we personally did it, it was our ancestors just like it was your ancestors that it happened too. We shouldn't completely forget about it, but it should not be mentioned every single time someone mentions the word racism.

Well blacks are just as racist as whites but like u said were only tellin tha truth most blacks are known for welfare, and stuff like that but how many times have u seen a black or anyother race (basically blacks do it tho) call a white person a cracker, honkey, whitey, ect ect and watch im probally gonna get lots of thumbs downs for being honest Rachel C is soooooo right about everything she said!!!!!!!!!!

You can not make a correct statement when you are blind to your own self. You are racist against whites from what I see you saying. Don't beat around the bush with trying to mild it down with your closure that most whites are pretty nice.. but you are directing all the responsibility of racism to white people. I had a race riot in my school and it was not involving the whites yet the whites had to sit in and listen to poems written about us and our so called intolerance because the NAACP demanded it. I sat in a classroom with people I had no problem with screaming poems like "green when you are sick, red when you are burned, and who are you calling colored." Racism is just as bad from any racist regardless of their color... you can not undermine what I have been through and I will not blame an entire race for the ignorance of a few.

almost everyone has acceptance problems...it really pisses me the **** off! not only for racism though...homophobia, religion, physical differences...everything. but, unfortunately, thats never gunna change. we just have to not give into bein like that. and educate. even if ya do get bitched out about it, you may end up changing atleast one person's mind...
i actually used to be really bad about that a couple years ago, but then i found some cool new generation hippy friends! lol but seriously, they did help me realise how immature i was...

There are a lot of trolls on here that like to stir things up with racist remarks. But a lot of time, it is just someone with a racist mentality- who feels like it's OK to say these mean things online because it isn't as personal and is more anonymous. I have seen what you've seen on here and you are right.

People thumbs down here for all sorts of random crap. Someone once thumbs downed me because they didn't like the type of cat food I feed my animals. How does that elicit a thumbs down? Did they not like the way it tastes? Made no sense whatsoever. So I don't think it's just because they're racist. It's more because they're stupid.

So what you are saying there is it is ok for a black to say they dont care for white and they are proud to be black but a white cant say they dont like blacks and are proud to be white? I dont care what color your skin is. If you are good people, you are good people. It is people like you that cant just let things go, that have to keep stirring the pot...You are indeed a racist. You need to acknowledge that in yourself first, then you can have the right to call us 'whites' names...
