she's not racist, but she's pretty stupid. her commentary is pretty off-the-mark. sure, martin is an idiot, but he's not the reason the team lost the task. ivanka was entirely correct in pointing out that austin wouldn't fit in well with the organization, but ultimately the person who was most reponsible for losing the task should have been fired. and that was the PM, not austin.

I believe that it's fun to them to abuse people who are weaker than them, socially speaking. Especially when they try to play with the big boys as one could call it. Invanka has her father has her dad as protection and people are scared to speak down to her because they're afraid to get fired for it. But really it's the definition of what they're looking for really, to my way of thinking. If you can outdo Donald Trump in Leadership or "Boss-ness", you're an excellent good business person to my ways of thinking. All in all, people get abused on the show because they allow themselves to. They don't finish their ideas fully when they have them and they always treat the others as though they're the ones to be respected when really it may not be the case. In the movie Scarface, they were constantly telling Tony that he shouldn't be doing what he was doing, but he knew it was his place, it was his standard, and thus he couldn't help but do so. He knew where he belonged and wasn't going to let anyone stop him. That's what one needs in business not to be abused how many contestants on The Apprentice are. All in all, I like Donald. I don't know about his daughter, but I have no problems with him. I simply know how these things go about.
