Hi Jock,
Well, there is one in the White House now who is giving Chimps a bad name by not being able to make anything work.
Seems to be only good at monkeying around and getting nothing done.
The majority of American voters in mid term elections thought a donkey would do a much better job, resulting in restraints being placed on the Chimp as we speak.
Good question, but . . . . . . . .poor choice,

Chimps do not make good pets - as babys they may be cute and cuddly but they will become very strong and dangereous as they grow. An adult is capable of removing body parts if they so desire and there would be nothing you could do about it. That is aside from the cruelty of keeping these intelligent animals in a completly alien environment, and almost allways they end up chained or locked in some small, totally unsuitable cage because the owners did not think and cannot cope with the animal. This sort of life results in severe mental damage to the animal as well as physical damage from a lack of a natural environment. However cute as a baby, chimps should NEVER be considered for a pet or anything anywhere near that. They are wild animals, no matter what clothes you dress them in or tricks you teach them to do, and as such they are DANGEROUS and UNPREDICTABLE. Not to mention the fact that it is illegal to own one in almost every country. Also consider that to supply an illegal chimp baby, a whole wild troop will more than likely have been slaughtered to capture that one baby.

Chimps can be taught many things. If you aren't good at housework, neither will your chimp leave em in the jungle where they belong, not doing your house work or entertaining you

Absolutely rubbish. I use guinea pigs. Attach them to a stick and they make great dusters.

i have 4, they do the hoovering, clean the bath, dishes
