He said 'I'm the best shot you got' or 'the best chance you got' - something along those lines. I haven't seen the movie for some time now, so I don't remember his exact words.

I can't remember the exact line, either, but I know that, at one point, Gibson said to the dude: "If you want the gas, you talk to ME."
