yes. And it's dangerous and illegal don't do it.
The manufacturing of LSD requires knowledge of extraction, organic reactions, fractional distillation, and purification via recrystallization. it also requires knowledge of how to ensure the purity of it. if you don't know what your doing, you'll probably kill yourself, burn your house down and maybe kill anybody you try to sell it to. don't do it.
Some things to look for if you suspect someone is trying to make it....
LSD is made by reacting an extract from fungus with an extract from say rotting fish. it requires alcohol, glassware (meticulously clean glassware), a source of heat and a fractional distillation column. couple of flasks. other odds and ends.
The fungus is one that grows exclusively on RYE. should be easy to spot in the living room or kids bedroom. Diethylamine, the fish extract, should be easy to smell from anywhere in the neighborhood.
other than that, I will not tell you how to do manufacture it or any other illegal materials.

Your body makes it all the time. It is what makes your thoughts travel in the mind. Any one can do it. It is not a good idea to use more than your body can make. It is legal. Lots of plants can help your body think better. Think about going to jail if you plan to conspire to make it any other way.
