so, I've been getting a lot of errors lately when I try to log in...has it been happening a lot to yout guys too?

They have had some issues lately with the recent patch causing problems, but they just released a new one to take care of some of that. If you are still having problems after installing the latest patch, I would try deleting two folders called WTF and WDB folders from the WoW installation folder and then starting the program again. Also, if you have any add-ons, try disabling them to see if they are causing any issues. If all else fails, re-insall the game.
Also, try logging into a different realm to test if the problem is just with your realm possibly.

My roommate is addicted to that game and he has been complaining about some kind of errors occurring. He said he's just going to look for a patch.

I could not log in for about 10 minutes last night but i finally got in. I think they have been experiencing login issues recently. I would contact blizzard's website

is it errors with your internet connection, if so i would checking your setting there, if its system errors i would reinstall the game, i use to get system errors cause a patch didnt install right so i had to reinstall the game to get it to work, if not that try updating your drivers, specifically video card drivers
