Personally, I hate the ACC, so I can be objective.
Duke is simply not in the same class with NC this year. NC is likely Final Four or better, Duke will be all out to make the Sweet 16, even considering the huge benefit of the doubt they usually get in seeding..
Having said that, I think the National Champ will emerge from the SEC this year.

Try beating ohio state with oden and try beating florida period. That #1 ranking will take you as far as a tournement game against those teams.
