Do you think americans should start to scrutinize american presidents through various forms of genetic , intelligence , and aptitude. Not to mention strict psychological and neurological exams to stop americans from voting for complete scumbags.

americans learn about politics b4 you hire a retard

george bush - probably one of the most corrupt men in the world (oil company corruption, saudi oil hierachy corrpuption etc), this retard is the most dangerous man in the world, not the most powerful he has sent wave after wave of men (who have died for nothing) to secure future oil production pipelines in the middle east (dumb americans think iraq had dealings with 9/11 FALSE).

Richard nixon - enough said

Ronald reagen - another retard who was 2nd rate b movie actor (the only reason why americans voted for him, he had no clue on international dealings and politics yet this idiot was in charge of the cold war and had his finger on the nuclear bomb button.

so here is my message

I would agree with your analysis. People should be able to pass a basic test on all those merits. We must pass a test before we can even drive. So why not pass a test to be president of the United States?

Presidents, like all officials are elected or selected. Bush won because the powers that be in his VERY wealthy party selected him. Probably as far back as 1997 or 1998. The Iraq invasion was planned long before 9/11.

The real problem is that people don't understand what they are voting for and get emotional. The republicans are masters at manipulation. We were kept off balance and afraid for years and had no real choice but to vote for him. Ostensible to keep us safe and keep the gays from marrying!!! (by the way, gays have been marrying in Massachusetts for almost 2 years now and the entire social fabric of America, much less the state are still very much intact).

So, perhaps the president doesn't need an intelligence test. Maybe we do.

Ronald Reagan. If Reagan were President on 9/11, we would have went after Afghanistan purely. As for Iraq, Reagan could have informed Saddam to knock off the crap or face the leads to regards to the UN resolutions. Saddam could have complied simply by fact he could have primary that President Reagan does not fool around with him.

Ronald Reagan has been said to be one of the greatest presidents in this century. He helped the economy & encouraged peace esp. with USSR including the ban on intermediate range missiles. Better hope no one genetically test you, I think you have proved you would not do well.
