f (x) x2 7x 10; find (a) f (0), (b) f (5), and (c) f (2).
I'm going to assume you mean f (x) = x2 + 7x + 10
f(0) = 0^2 +7*0 +10 =10
f(5) = 5^2 +7*5 + 10 = 25+35+10 = 70
f(2) = 2^2 +7*2 +10 = 4 + 14+ 10 = 28

This should show you how to do it. If I have the signs wrong you should be able to put the right signs and get the answer.

f(x)=x^2+7x+10?

just plug in the x's and compute.

e.g. (b): 25+35+10=70
