my understanding is that weird al is a little obsessed with poodles-u can see it as a theme in his humor over the years-probably,he was teased as a kid for having "poodle hair".i'll bet one of his friends said something like "yankovic-whats that on ur head,a poodle hat?" kids can be mean,but weird al,he's just the kind of guy who would embrace that kind of comment!!!!im a huuuuuge fan.
