No I wouldn't use a sunbed ever,but I am a hypocrite because I love sitting out in the sun

No, never. I sometimes succumb to the temptation to sunbathe in the summer but sun damage doesn't suit me and I get horrible brown blotches on my face. In future it's Factor 50 for me!

I used to use one just before going on holiday to give my tan a kick start.
However, I now work outdoors, so I'm naturally tanned all year round now!

Used to about 3x a week, you shouldn't use them, they are worse than the natural sun, You will regret it when you are older. Use a spray tan or tanning towels.

would not touch them with a barge pole damage damage damage for get it of you will see the reults not now but later in life arly wrinkles etc dont do it stay off stay protected

nope. i enjoy sun bathing (by natural light) --- i have a feeling the sun bed mite damage me in some way (skin)
