I am in court all the time because I am probation officer. It's difficult to really find the truth in court because your basically in a room full of salesman try to pitch their position. I see people lie and tell half truths all the time. Even people within the justice system.

God yes! I'm mentally disabled and my civil rights have been violated so many times I can't even count how many. The scary thing is when they appoint you a public defender or court appointed attorney. These people will mal-practice and mis-represent you everytime! It sucks!
