I pick Phantom Lady, as she was the less powerful and thus less ‘justified’ of the two. IIRC, originally, she didn’t even have super powers but had one retconned onto her, in order to justify her continued existence. Don’t get me wrong. They’re both hott! But PL is closer to being pure eye-candy. Even tho’ Moony has that hairless (not to say, shaven) thing going for her, like the babe in the Star Trek movie; you know the one I mean.
Seriously, though, Moondragon has the power to be a viable heroine in her own right. (If only she weren’t always feeling sorry for herself about not being an Eternal! I’ve never heard anybody say they’d kick her out.) She stands on her own two… um on her merits. That’s what I meant to say. On her merits, yeah.
