Part of the problem is I can't remember the exact quote, but I think it was spoken by Robin Williams and goes something like,

"I once treated a woman for claustrophobia. I'm telling you, she was so claustrophobic she would faint walking into Dodger Stadium."

There rest of the quote might have been something about him hypnotising her and discovering that she was frequently locked in a closet as a child, but I don't really remember, so that might be from a different moive. My first thought was that it was from Good Will Hunting, but I found the script to that and it wasn't in there.

Robin Williams played an ex-psychologist in the movie "Dead Again" with Emma Thompson and Kenneth Branaugh. At one point he discusses treating a patient with claustrophobia. Don't remember that exact line, but the character had hypnotised her and learned that in a past life her 'brother' had locked her in a coffin. (the family ran a funeral home)

I'm thinking Awakenings (with Bobby Dinero), that's the only other movie I can think of with Robin where he was some kind of doctor. There is a slight chance it could be the Fisher King, I believe his character was also a doctor before becoming a bum.
Best I can do off the top of my head, good luck!
