Are shoelaces really strong enough to support a body (say 85kgs)?

And can coat hooks in the wall strong enough to support a body as well?

I'm sure you could easily choke yourself or the coat hooks would come out of the wall. Don't be silly.

depends on the stabilization and fabrication (goodness) of the shoelaces and coat hooks.
