what do you mean by "love"?
If you mean you no longer feel giddy - then stick it out, something deeper's growing.
If you mean you dispise the person, can't stand to talk or look at him/her leave, life's too short.
If you mean you "care" deeply for someone but aren't terribly attracted to him/her, then you are in love and need to work on the sparkle part.
All relationships go through changes - you can grow together or you can grow apart, but your feelings will definitely change.

End up in divorce court and when you come to the realization of the costs involved the animosity and innocent children hurt by it all.
Get to the bottom of the problem and try and work things out, it is by far inexpensive.

I would ask myself why I don't love her anymore and perhaps go from there. What brought me to that point? Where did the love stop?

Find a way of ending the relationship as painlessly as possible, especially if there are children involved. There is no reason for everyone to be miserable.

Be honest with her, and not let it linger. As hard as it would be to hurt her, I would have to tell her and let her be free. I loved her once, and to honor that, I couldn't let her live a lie with me. I would want to be able to move forward, and couldn't do it unless I had let her do the same.

and you do know it all depends on the actual circumstance, some people have children, they have to stay and just smile and take it

Tell him or her before I end up doing something stupid. Breaking up is painful, but it only makes it more painful if you end up becoming resentful/mean, or messing around, etc...
