I just got a PSP and I've been really wanting to put songs on it, but it says I need to make a music folder and I have no idea how to do it. Do I need the Media Manager for it?

You only need it if you want to put videos on to your PSP

no, actually its really easy to put songs on it. connect ur psp with a usb and go to my computer and open up wherever ur psp is listed , mine is external drive f. open up the music folder and just drag and drop music in the music folder on ur psp. u can drag from itunes or watever u want. email me if u have any questions. good luck

ok dude once you insert youre meomery stick or once you connect your psp visit my pc and open anyplace the psp is positioned and it might have a folder called mproot and yet another one which asserts psp. (you should format the memory stick earlier you position this stuuf in) interior the important folder the position it says mproot and psp create a clean folder and call it Video comparable to that then placed regardless of video you want to position in that folder and it could possibly artwork. in simple terms make confident the video is in a mpeg4 format then it might all artwork

No u dont need the media manager, all u do is in the window that pops up, make a folder PSP, all in CAPS, then insde "PSP" do another photo called MUSIC, also in CAPS. for photos, PHOTO, again in CAPS.

you only need a cable to connect PSP and computer. just drag and and drop your music into the music file in your PSP.

No, you dont have to, all you need to drag songs or put songs to your psp is a computer and a usb cable to connect it to your computer. I have one and I have put songs to it.

For music you don't need it. but for videos it does simplify the download process.
