Semordnilap ("semordnilap" is "palindrome" backwards) are words or phrases that spell different words/phrases backwards. Semordnilaps are also called reversegrams and heteropalindromes.
A couple examples are:
desserts - stressed
guns - snug
keep - peek

The example you gave - stop/pots is a palindrome, so I am not exactly sure what you mean??

Both of your answers are examples of Palindromes. But you might be thinking of Anagrams?
