What a great question!

Semordnilap ("semordnilap" is "palindrome" backwards) are words or phrases that spell different words/phrases backwards. Semordnilaps are also called reversegrams and heteropalindromes.

A couple examples are:
desserts - stressed
guns - snug
keep - peek

Both of your answers are examples of Palindromes. But you might be thinking of Anagrams?
