I know my baby has a sore throat by the way she cries (sounds like a frog). What can I give her besides cold juice?

triaminic baby strips( u can get it at walmart) and some dyslm i think its spelled and some kids sore though but u don't give that much

Just Tylenol. Our Dr. said no cold medicines until 12 months old. So you can give her some infant Motrin at night and Tylenol during the day...that combined with the cold juice or water is about all you can do.
My little girl is 4 1/2 months and has strep :(

Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection . Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience.
