In most States you can only annul a divorce if you get remarried within 30 days. Otherwise, you have to start from scratch, which means if the two folks get remarried and had kids, someone needs to have their Child Support stopped.

Annuling your divorce would just make you remarried. Nope.
Could you be thinking of divorced couples who obtain an annulment from their church (usually Catholic) so they can remarry in the church?

you can only if you meet 2 criterias. 1 is that you were married under one year. and 2 is you have to have had no children together. also you have to say you did not have sex..I hope this helped.
