thats a nice offer although i have no money prob at the moment i have risen up from a bad way to better ,why not check out the finance section in yahoo answers and find some questions there that you can help on ,i know how low any one can go in trouble and good advice is always welcome especially if the person knows whats what.

Hi. My other half has managed to get into some trouble with many credit cards, loans and a serious tax bill which we are having trouble paying. He is self employed. The debts are totalling about 40K+.We have 3 children and live in rented accomodation. We cannot afford to set up any debt management plans and think that bankruptcy may be the only way out. Any advice you have would be highly appreciated as i know very little about it.

my business is in £55.0000 worth of debt 34 to lloyds tsb unsecured and the rest to credit cards i am still trading have let go of my staff and am working alone which is killing me but i am now making more money and would like to know if i jack the whole lot in to save my sanity and my exhaustion levels its making me so so ill is this going to effect me all my life with the shaddow of bankruptsy following me long after its all dun and dusted or should i continue to stuggle on please help i do not know which way to go

I have 13p to my name and debts over £15000 and going mad as to how i get out of this mess i cant work and living in a refuge and frightened of what will happen to me
