Does everyone really have a fear of rejection? How do you get over your that fear (or at least hide it well)? How do you also get over fear of being JUDGED?

I think that if you don't have a fear of rejection than there is something seriousily wrong with your ego.

The best advise I can give is that most of the time rejection has very little to do with you. It is all about the other persons issues, thoughts, motivations. If you can remember that it makes the fear tolerable and you can function normally and "hide it".

Being judged I have no clue. But my instincts tell me that again judgement is dependant on the other persons point of view. As long as you live a moral life within your own code of ethic / standards I would not concern myself with what other people think. After all you have to look at your own face in the mirror.

Yes, everyone have it. Overcoming it by either raise your self esteem or sensitize it by getting rejected so much that it doesn't bother you anymore.

fear of rejection?..yes. overcome it by accepting it....or hide it by smiling like you just don't care.
