Any language can be romantic in my opinion - even the harsh-sounding ones.
English is my primary language, so I'm used to it, but it still sounds really nice when you play around with the words. French and Spanish usually top the 'Most Romantic Language' list. While not many people would say German sounds nice, I'd venture to say it can.
I really can't answer your question specifically, sorry.

I speak a little french and very little spanish. I think any of the romance languages, including Italian, are the most beautiful languages in the world, if not spoken too quickly and sloppily.
By the way, romance language means that they were adapted from latin, the language of the Romans.

I know alot of people won't agree with me as alot wont know the language "Urdu", but if you know the language and you can understand the poetry, its the most romantic language in the world. i know french, english and have heard people speaking russian and spanish, had friends who could speak pharsi but nothing like urdu. The way Urdu is its just beautiful, and when someone talks in pure Urdu your heart melts away.
try finding some translated poets of Mirza Ghalib, Allama Iqbal, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, they are just beautiful.

No! Spanish is more sensual...French is THE romance language since human being has learned to speak. It's also one of the most sophisticated one because of all the nuances! The best poetry has been written in French too. Do your searches, you'll see...
