We form LLCs, Corporations, obtain EIN/TIN numbers, obtain DBAs in all 50 states. What can I pitch to customers to get them to go ahead and do it? If you have a sole proprietorship, why haven't you incorporated yet?

The answer above is it. Sales is always about answering why they need your product. What are the benifits from using your product. I like to used pros and cons of both my product and the product they are using. Remember to always be honest, don't lie, if you do you get caught NO SALE. Hosesty will get you more sales because of word of mouth.

Well the first thing to do is improve your writing skills. Your question makes absolutely no sense. I cannot understand exactly what you are asking. It says, "...the best sales pitch to get incorporate their business...." I can't tell if you are missing words or just saying words.

The description that follows makes a little more sense even though I am not able to determine what you are asking. If you want other businesses to listen to your sales pitch, you have to be able to communicate effectively.

You start by asking them your last question. If they are still running as a sole proprietorship, why?

You then map out the risks of staying how they are (unlimited personal liability is the big one).

Then you show them how incorporating can protect themselves and their family from complete financial catastrophe in case of lawsuits, business failure, etc...

Identify problems. Present solutions.

SELL THE SIZZLE, not the steak!

Nobody wants Life Insurance. They want theire family to be able to go on without financial struggle if the breadwinner dies.

Nobody wants an EIN. Nobody wants a d/ba. What DO they want?
