on swim it allways happen so it is not a big deal I remember I hit a girl even she was a girl she was nice with me and didnt get mad I dont know how much did I hert her.

Violence is never an answer for anything. To come up to anyone and hit them is a violent act and will garner you anger and confusion. The only reason some guy will say he WOULD'T get mad is that he's hoping to get in the girls pants.
Stop Violence in all it's forms.

No, I wouldn't be mad... it happens all the time and it's usually just an accident... and depending on the girl sometimes a turn-on...
