I have some bottle rockets and stuff like that that have not beem lite
and 2 days I going i got in trouble with the cops for having them because i'm under age and stuff so they took them away ( the ones that i had on me :)
so ui have more at home but i need to get rid of them fast dont ask why i just do
how do I get rid on them? and where
P.S. no i cant lite them off

Take them to the fire department and tell them you found them if they ask. My guess they won't even ask where they came from and will happily dispose of them for you.

You can just soak them in water and then throw them in the trash. There used to be commercials about this in my area. Plus, my neighbor is a fireman and that is what he does. Once they get soaked once they are no longer any good.
Also, unless you have some actual explosive fireworks like M-100's, they don't have enough pure explosive power to accidentally go off and really hurt someone.

Soak them in water for a Day or so and throw them in trash

well... if you could make an anonymous call to the fire dept and ask them... that would be best...
maybe you could soak them in water for a while..
remember, they are considered explosives
