I used to be a fat teenager and still battling yo yo weight issues. Is there a chance i can get height if i work out really hard? Most ppl in my family got taller after turning 18. My dad is bout 5'9 and my mom - 5'1. Do i have a chance???

I'm a 6'0" tall woman who once had a great romance with a 5'0" man. The height difference didn't matter anywhere except on the dance floor. Personality, character, fitness, etc...all that counts far more than height.

Girls discontinue developing after they reach puberty. If you have not reached it yet, it won't be far off. Then you'll be able to stop developing upwards, and you'll be able to trade form and get the curves of a younger girl. I don't feel you are an distinct height at all - in regards to the identical that I used to be at your age - and that i never bought any taller! Do not worry about it!

most people are done growing by 22 sorry to tell you :/
but as someone said you may be able to get 1-2 inches height... or get ridiculous cosmetic surgery to make you look taller....

Nope. You are done growing. There is no way you are going to get any taller and there is nothing you can take or do to make yourself taller. Working out is NOT going to make you taller. There are no exercises, vitamins, supplements, devices...nothing that will make you taller than you are. Sorry.

Sorry dude. Your done. If you lose weight you probably wont look as short if someone glances at you, but thats everyone. Your mom and dad being those hieghts will make you around the 5'5 mark...

i am realy very positive you are done growing, because you are 22 and everyone is normaly done growing at 18, but i heard that there is a plase that can put nee or leg inplants in your legs or nees witch make you taler i am not sure were it is maybe it is in plastick surgery if you are desprite.GOOD LUCK...

For the most part, I say that you are what you will be. I don't think you will get any taller. there is nothing that can help this.
