Fefa Fever, South Africa does actually have facilities and is not a third world country!
It is excellent that the world cup will be in SA!

Anytime, I would become a hotel for a month, I don't mind. US has the record for attendance at the WC, 1994. No kidding, look it up.
Edit: Mrs. Materazzi has a point. I remember the players having a hard time playing in 90° weather in the shade.
Edit2: 90° was in the US, June-July in the Southern hemisphere will be more like winter.

Security should be the number one criteria to choose a sead. Sounds like FIFA does not agree with me. It would be really horrible if a tourist die during the WC. In 2010 will probably be in Brazil that is also a country with high crime rates.

I have a very positive concept of S. Africa. I think it would be great, barring the temperature issues. I would even like to make it there to see some of the games.
