What is the best way to sell prom dresses? i have already tried internet postings. is there a store that purchases them?

Yes, I'd do all of the above - craigslist, eBay, newspaper ads - but I think what would best catch girls' eyes is to take big beautiful pictures of the dresses, make a Microsoft Word flier, and hang them up on the bulletin boards of local and teen-trafficked grocery stores and restaurants. When a kid's bored and wandering into or out of the grocery store, they'll see that picture right away.

Depending on how current they are with fashion trends, maybe you could post an ad in a high school paper that you are trying to sell them.
