Freeview HD?

1. Does anyone know when Freeview will be broadcast in HD?
2. How do you get HD broadcast now?
3. Would Freeview digital be a par / close to HD reception on LCD?

I know it has been tested in london but not sure of roll out dates. But not worth it with not much to boardcast on it.
