I mean I wouldn't really be surprised because I'm a damn good writer, if I do say so myself! But I would feel very uneasy that millions of people all over the world have a copy of my own personal thoughts. I don't let anyone touch my diary, even my husband is not allowed to read it. Those thoughts are for my eyes, and my eyes only. They are very personal and I don't see the need of anyone else knowing my personal business. We all need our own little space or bubble, and mine is my journal.

Huh? If someone had a diary that they wanted to publish, wouldn't all be happy if it was a best seller? Why did you want it published if it didn't matter wether or not it was read by anyone?

What does the one gal above mean by mad, cuz she didn't make any money off of it? Those are your writings, personal property & privacy -there's protection against that type of infringement....
Someone would be guilty of stealing literally (your journal) & figuratively your privacy rights!

Nice question.
I'd feel all right about it at the moment as I started a new one off at the beginning of the year.... nothing to personal at the moment but if it was to happen in a few months then I think I'd run to a far away place.

I have thought about writing a book about my journey through my 10 year marriage and what all I lived through. I actually kept several journals. I swear they would publish it as fiction because no one would believe it.

The only reason I would be happy would be because I could sue whoever released my journal without my permission!

Publeshed~ Is that dirty? Shedding of the Publes?

I would FEEL like there were others worse off than I if my memoirs were made famous

that would be rough...ive written them for friends and 6 ppl said I should write books but then the whole world knows everything unless you fictionalize it plus need an agent too....expensive...

Worried, because I don't want people to know my deepest thoughts
