I cant remember the name of this dance piece. Its a modern dance set to a jewish chant. The dancers are in an arc on stage dressed in suits in front of plain wooden chairs. The dance is repeated over and over. Does this sound familier to anybody? Its a very bold and powerful dance it hits you with the music and the shapes that the dancers make I just cant think of the name please help!

Glad you found the name of the piece. I got to see the Hubbard Street Dance Company perform it on two separate occasions and it is, indeed, very memorable. I should probably point out that the part you describe is only one section of the entire "Minus 16" piece. I know that the Juilliard dancers also performed it, so Ohad Naharin set this work on other companies besides the Batsheva Dance Company.
