At what level? For undergraduate, the London School of Economics is prestigious -- but it is not really a business schoo, it is an economics school (and there is a difference). They have great graduate programs in economics. They do not have a full time MBA program (or programme) -- but do have an executive MBA program.
The best business school in London is LBS (London Business School). It is one of the few world class MBA programs outside the US. They also offer MS degrees and PhDs. They do not offer undergraduate degrees.

You mean universities, yes? In the UK, "college" means something different.
There are a couple of decent business schools in London. The London School of Economics and Imperial College, London are probably the strongest business programs in the city.
