I don't know if you'd consider it a random act of kindness, but whenever I go to a store or where ever there are people in the service industry, I do my best to address them by name if they are wearing a name tag, or engage them in conversation if it's appropriate.

Try to notice next time you are at the grocery store how many people won't even look at the cashier or talk on the phone while they are checking out. I've always thought that was pretty rude...

Let's try not to do random acts of kindness... rather on purpose acts of kindness.

I don`t gloat about who or how I help I only know how " I " feel when I do it
I don`t do it for a place in heaven ( I Am An Atheist ) Ido it because it has to be done for those of us who need a lift .
Lets just say I`ve seen many tears of joy and many smiles .
Those who receive my acts of kindness never know who did it .
